Transit passes and rides for job seekers - 16 weeks in

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I can walk part of the way. Any rideshare programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
