Transit passes and rides for job seekers - 14 weeks in

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some employers are off the main lines. Are there discounted passes?

I planned routes the night before with a trip planner and left twenty minutes early.
