This community helped me more than I expected - what worked for you?

I posted here 9 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a welding apprentice. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. I feel calmer and more organised now. Anyone want to swap notes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
