This community helped me more than I expected - what worked for you?

I posted here 19 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a bank teller. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
