This community helped me more than I expected (update)

I posted here 13 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a procurement assistant. Any experience at all would help. I am still searching but I have a plan.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
