This community helped me more than I expected (update)

I posted here 15 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a copywriter. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am still searching but I have a plan. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
