This community helped me more than I expected (update)

I posted here 3 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a line cook. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
