This community helped me more than I expected (Richmond)

I posted here 18 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a security officer. It has been a long 18 weeks. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
