I posted here 21 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a data-entry clerk. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Anyone want to swap notes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
