This community helped me more than I expected (Hartford)

I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am still searching but I have a plan. Anyone want to swap notes?

If you feel up to it, answering a new question is a great way to pay it forward.
