This community helped me more than I expected - any advice?

I posted here 14 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as an IT help-desk technician. Thank you in advance. I am still searching but I have a plan. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
