This community helped me more than I expected - any advice?

I posted here 8 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a school bus driver. Any experience at all would help. I feel calmer and more organised now. Anyone want to swap notes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
