This community helped me more than I expected - any advice?

I posted here 8 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as an insurance claims processor. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
