This community helped me more than I expected after 7 years as a sales associate

I posted here 6 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a sales associate. I worked as a sales associate before this. I am still searching but I have a plan.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
