This community helped me more than I expected after 7 years as a janitorial supervisor

I posted here 16 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a janitorial supervisor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I feel calmer and more organised now. Anyone want to swap notes?
