This community helped me more than I expected after 5 years as a retail manager

I have read this forum every day since I lost my job. I worked as a retail manager before this. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
