This community helped me more than I expected after 3 years as a graphic designer

I posted here 15 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a graphic designer. Thank you in advance. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
