This community helped me more than I expected after 14 years as a customer-service rep

I posted here 20 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a customer-service rep. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Is there anything I can do for others?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
