This community helped me more than I expected - 8 weeks in

I have read this forum every day since I lost my job. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I feel calmer and more organised now. What would help newcomers most?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
