This community helped me more than I expected - 12 months and counting

I posted here 16 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a call-centre agent. It has been a long 16 weeks. I feel calmer and more organised now. Anyone want to swap notes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
