This community helped me more than I expected

I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am still searching but I have a plan. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
