I posted here 11 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as an HR coordinator. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. I am still searching but I have a plan. What would help newcomers most?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
