I posted here 26 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a dental hygienist. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I feel calmer and more organised now. What would help newcomers most?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
