I posted here 22 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a hotel front-desk agent. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
