Thank you to everyone who answered my questions, janitorial supervisor here

I posted here 22 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a janitorial supervisor. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am still searching but I have a plan. Anyone want to swap notes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
