Thank you to everyone who answered my questions - first time posting

I posted here 9 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a web developer. It has been a long 9 weeks. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
