Thank you to everyone who answered my questions (Cincinnati)

I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. I am still searching but I have a plan. What would help newcomers most?

If you feel up to it, answering a new question is a great way to pay it forward.
