I posted here 22 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a pharmacy technician. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I feel calmer and more organised now.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
