Thank you to everyone who answered my questions - any advice?

I posted here 4 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a bookkeeper. Any experience at all would help. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
