I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Anyone want to swap notes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
