Thank you to everyone who answered my questions after 6 years as an office manager

I have read this forum every day since I lost my job. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
