Thank you to everyone who answered my questions after 5 years as a customer-service rep

I posted here 24 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a customer-service rep. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
