Thank you to everyone who answered my questions after 13 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. I am still searching but I have a plan. Anyone want to swap notes?

Glad it helped. Reading how others handled it got me through my own bad weeks too.
