I posted here 19 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a production planner. I worked as a production planner before this. I feel calmer and more organised now. Anyone want to swap notes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
