I posted here 21 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a machine operator. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I feel calmer and more organised now. Anyone want to swap notes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
