Staying positive without pretending - what worked for you?

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a retail manager. I worked as a retail manager before this. I do not want to pretend I am fine. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
