Staying positive without pretending (update)

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an accounts payable clerk. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
