Staying positive without pretending, nurse's aide here

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a nurse's aide. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
