Staying positive without pretending - any advice?

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a machine operator. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. I do not want to pretend I am fine.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
