Staying positive without pretending - 4 months and counting

Being out of work for 4 months has worn me down more than I expected. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
