Staying positive without pretending - 11 months and counting

Being out of work for 11 months has worn me down more than I expected. Any experience at all would help. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
