Simple budget for a tight month - what worked for you?

I am $350 short each month and trying to find it. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
