Simple budget for a tight month - what worked for you?

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a production planner and I am trying to cover the essentials. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $1200 from a weekend of listing.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
