Simple budget for a tight month - what worked for you?

We are a household of 14 and the budget no longer works. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about falling behind.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
