Simple budget for a tight month - what worked for you?

We are a household of 6 and the budget no longer works. It has been a long 10 weeks. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. What helped you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
