Simple budget for a tight month (update)

We are a household of 11 and the budget no longer works. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $950 from a weekend of listing.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
