Simple budget for a tight month (update)

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a data-entry clerk and I am trying to cover the essentials. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
