Simple budget for a tight month (update)

We are a household of 5 and the budget no longer works. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am nervous about falling behind. Did lenders work with you?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
