Simple budget for a tight month (update)

We are a household of 12 and the budget no longer works. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Did lenders work with you?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $550 from a weekend of listing.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
