Simple budget for a tight month (Tucson)

We are a household of 16 and the budget no longer works. Thank you in advance. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
